Be accurate
Share a rent you pay or paid recently. Use the correct building and locality. Do not fabricate prices, duplicate reports, impersonate another person or manipulate a local median.
Protect people
Do not publish phone numbers, private email addresses, exact flat numbers, identity documents, financial details or other personal information. Discuss conduct and living conditions without threats, harassment, discriminatory language or targeted abuse.
Keep Next homes genuine
Publish a Next home only when you are the current tenant and genuinely expect to leave. An expected vacancy is not guaranteed availability or approval. Brokerage, lead resale, advance-fee requests and misleading availability are not allowed.
Moderation
Comments submitted without signing in wait for moderator review and are not public while they wait. A signed-in comment may publish immediately, but the author’s name and email remain private. Rentnama may hide or remove content, restrict repeated abuse, keep the information needed to investigate a report, and cooperate with lawful requests. Context matters, and a report does not automatically prove a violation.
