Corrections and content reports

Include the city, locality, building, page link and a concise explanation. For public content, the in-product report control is the fastest way to identify the exact post.

Privacy and grievances

Address the message to the Grievance Officer and include the email address or contribution involved. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically requested through a secure process.

Safety

Rentnama does not handle deposits or rent payments. If someone is in immediate danger or believes a crime is occurring, contact the appropriate local authorities rather than waiting for a platform response.
