Sign in without a password
Rentnama uses a short-lived code sent to your email instead of asking you to create another password. A successful sign-in creates a session on that device. Signing out ends that session.
Public identity is quiet
Being signed in can confirm that an activity came from an account without turning every action into a public profile. Rent reports remain anonymous unless the contributor deliberately chooses to show a first name. Public comments can say “Signed in” without naming the account.
Private means private
Email addresses, phone numbers, session credentials and exact private unit details are not part of public rent reports or public Next feeds. Contact details used for a mutually accepted Next connection are kept behind that consent boundary.
What Rentnama measures
Rentnama records how the site itself is used: pages opened, searches started and whether they reached an answer, contributions begun and finished, shares, and watches. This is how it learns which societies people are looking for and where the product is failing them.
These records use a random browser identifier that is scrambled before it is stored. They never include your email address, phone number, account, flat number or sign-in details. Rentnama also uses Google Analytics for general traffic; what searches you typed, which places you selected, map coordinates and any rent figures are kept out of it.
Usage records are deleted after two years. They are used to understand patterns across many people, never to work out who lives at a society, to set a price for you, or to build a profile about you.

You can sign out, choose whether a first name appears with an eligible contribution, pause or withdraw a Next home and contact Rentnama about access, correction or deletion. The controlling details and contact route are in the Privacy policy.
