Same place, different writing
People write the same building name in different ways. Rentnama normalizes capitalization, punctuation and generic words such as “apartments” or “society” so harmless spelling differences do not create a new market by accident.
Location is part of identity
A name alone is not enough. City, locality, map position and trusted place information help settle whether two reports describe the same place. Similarly named buildings in different localities stay apart.
When trusted place identifiers agree, that is strong evidence of a match. Other signals still matter because real-world place data can be incomplete.
Wings, blocks and villas
Wings and blocks remain visible context but normally roll up to the society’s overall median. That keeps one large society from turning into a collection of tiny, misleading samples. Independent villas are treated as independent homes rather than wings of a society.
When we are not sure
Rentnama is conservative when the signals conflict. It is better to keep two uncertain places separate than to combine rents from different buildings and publish a confident-looking wrong answer. A place can be corrected as stronger evidence arrives.
