What we ask
A rent report asks for the city, locality and building; home type and furnishing; monthly rent and deposit; an approximate map position; and when the lease began. Furnishing is always a deliberate choice— Rentnama does not preselect it for you.
A block or wing is optional. It can be useful in a large society where different wings have different rents, so it remains public when you provide it. Your flat number is not part of a public rent report.
What people see
People see the rent facts you submitted and the building or area they describe. They do not see your email address, phone number or exact private unit. Rentnama uses an approximate location for public rent evidence rather than turning your report into a precise home pin.
Signed in or signed out
You can share a rent while signed out. That report is anonymous. If you share during a live signed-in session, Rentnama records that the contribution came from an account.
A signed-in contributor can still keep their name hidden, or choose to show a first name. Account confirmation is a trust signal; it is not permission to reveal account contact details.
After you publish
An accepted report joins the relevant building and area evidence. An existing society can accept a new rent without moving its established map location. Misleading or unsafe reports can be reported, reviewed, hidden or removed.
