Building and area guides

What each public rent page represents and how its address stays shareable.

Building guides

A building guide is the most specific public rent view on Rentnama. It gathers matching rent and deposit evidence for one society or building, shows its report count and keeps optional wing or block details as context.

Area and city guides

Locality and city guides combine many matching reports so you can see a broader market. They can be narrowed by home type and other supported filters. Broader pages help with orientation; a building page is better evidence for one particular address.

Sharing a society

Sharing a society asks what the share is for: sending it to a friend, posting it in a resident group, or asking neighbours to add their rents. The message changes to suit, and it only ever claims what the evidence supports, one report is described as one report.

A shared link carries the society and the kind of share it came from. It never carries your name, email address or any identifier for you, and opening someone's shared link is not treated as evidence that either of you lives there.
