- A rent figure backed by one matching first-hand report.
- Median rent
- The middle matching rent after values are ordered.
- Range
- The lowest and highest matching reported rents.
- Report count
- The number of active matching reports behind a figure.
Places and pages
- Building guide
- A public evidence page for one matched society or building.
- Area guide
- A broader evidence page for a locality or city.
- Approximate location
- A public map position that gives useful place context without publishing a private unit.
- Canonical page
- The preferred, stable public address for a place or guide.
Community and Next
- Account-confirmed
- An action made during a valid signed-in session; it does not mean contact details are public.
- Pending review
- Received by Rentnama but not public until a moderator accepts it.
- Next home
- A home a verified current resident expects may become available.
- Ask to connect
- A private request to a Next home’s resident, not a public comment or automatic contact exchange.
