Review and moderation

Why some comments wait for review, how reporting works and what may be removed.

Why some comments wait

A comment sent while signed out goes to review before it becomes public. This lets someone contribute without creating an account while giving the community a basic safety boundary against anonymous abuse and personal information.

Signed-in comments

A comment sent from a live signed-in session can appear immediately and is marked as signed in. The public marker does not reveal the account’s email address or phone number.

Reporting a problem

Use the report action when a comment or contribution is misleading, unsafe, abusive or exposes personal information. Reports go into a moderation process; they do not create a public argument with the author. You can also write to hello@rentnama.in.

What we remove

Rentnama may hide or remove personal contact details, threats, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, spam, fabricated evidence and content that creates a safety risk. The exact abuse controls stay private so they cannot become a recipe for bypassing them. The public standard is in the Community guidelines.
