A Next home is shared by a current resident who expects it may become available around a stated time. It is an early, tenant-to-tenant signal, not a live broker listing or a guarantee that the owner will rent to a particular person.
Browse without signing in
You can browse Next without identifying yourself. Public cards show the home facts and an appropriately approximate location. A resident can choose whether the building itself is public; Rentnama does not expose a private unit number in the public feed.
Availability can change
Moving plans, owner decisions and timing can change. Residents can reconfirm, pause or withdraw a home, and older unconfirmed signals lose freshness. Always confirm availability and terms directly before making a decision or payment.
